Order Management responsibility is to process incoming orders from various countries and make sure that all bookings are compliant with company policies and external requirements. All incoming orders are evaluated and when necessary any eventual order issues are escalated. OMT works closely together with other finance department, the sales organization and professional services.
In the Order Management Support role you are supporting the Order Management Team (OMT) and OMT management with a number of different tasks, such as but not limited to, securing that certain orders are correctly invoiced by the Account Receivable department, creating certain sales orders in Salesforce, running and analyzing reports and performing a variety of administrative activities. In this role you are “the spider in the web” with the possibility to grow with the team and the company.
