Order Management Representative - French / Spanish / Italian...

For our Customer Service team, we are looking for a full-time Order Management Representative who speaks French, Spanish and/or Italian and always meets and exceeds customer expectations. With your calm personality and attention to detail, you will process the daily order flow, ensuring a smooth supply chain through order management and follow-up.
Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). There are three sub-teams; Order Management, Customer Relations, and Field Support, working together to support our customers throughout Europe. You will join a culture fueled by collaboration, innovation, and openness, driven by our mission to make a positive, meaningful difference.
Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow coming in through different channels (e.g. EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone)
Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers
Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputes
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes
Post-secondary professional education (MBO+) or Bachelor’s Degree (HBO)
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French, Spanish or Italian.
Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
