With BOTS we’re ever evolving. Since it’s a relatively new company, we’re always adapting to both internal and external challenges to generate the best return on investments for our customers. One way to do this is by creating an internal trading desk.
Currently the trading team consists of eight professionals who analyse the markets day in day out and generate revenue from it. We want to take the team to the next level and are looking for an experienced options trader who can help BOTS grow.

About the role:

As an options trader with BOTS you will have a number of initiatives. On one hand you will be researching markets and strategies to execute the best performing trades possible. We use multiple asset classes for this and are very open to innovate and learn new approaches. So a fresh perspective is more than welcome.

On a day to day basis you will:

• Manage trading positions, trade bookings, allocations, risks and ensure essential information is captured accurately

• Research and back test trading strategies that capitalize on market opportunities, taking into consideration potential risks

• Leverage team expertise and share knowledge with the team to make informed trading decisions and grow as a team;

• Explore the financial markets to identify new opportunities and products to facilitate BOTS’ growth

• Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes

• Stay on top of current industry and technology trends;

We are looking for:

• Solid option trading experience

• Educational background in Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Math related subjects

• Knowledge and interest in crypto and defi

• Experience with helping team members grow in their roles

• Fluent English, any other language are considered a plus

• You are self-motivated with a hands-on mentality
