Sinclair are currently recruiting for an Operator to work at their production office in Almere, Netherlands. The Operator will perform production activities in the production process of Sinclair products. The Operator is required to work on a day shift rota basis.
The Operator isn’t required to have any previous experience as full training will be provided.

Performs production activities according to the instructions in the applicable batch records
Securely records the production steps in the applicable batch records
Reports deviations during the production process directly to the supervisor
Perform Visual Inspection on filled syringes
Perform planned task like codier capping and cleaning
Correct execution of described tasks
Communicating any deviation or non-conformity directly to Senior Operator or Ass. Operational Manager when Senior Operator is not available
Create a high level of GMP awareness and demonstrate GMP skills in documentation
Keep the level of performance high, approve and share with others
Initiate improvement Projects and discuss with Ass. Operational Manager
Sign as second operator (checking Batch Records) and do Final check when Senior is not available
Initiate improvement Projects and discuss with Supervisor

Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
GMP or ISO experience is also desirable
