    Operations Manager Central

    Operations Manager Central
    As Operations Manager for Hub Central, you will be responsible for a team running the operations in your markets Netherlands, Belgium and France, but you also need to be ready to take on additional markets as we expand. Your responsibility is to ensure that we efficiently operate our business model within the markets, that our operations are well planned and continuously improved in terms of everything from vehicle allocation and registration, last mile logistics and most of our customer facing car movements. The different services that you will be responsible for is Car deliveries, Pickup and delivery for Service and Car returns and you will also be an important stakeholder in our Test drive services. The scope includes both B2B and B2C customers and covers all our membership types.
    A vast majority of the services will be performed by external suppliers/partners, so your skills to manage indirectly and to communicate is central. Also, you will remotely manage a big part of the team, so you will have to know how to handle that in a good way.
    The operations manager can be based in Amsterdam or Paris, and reports to Head of Last Mile Services based in Gothenburg.

    What you'll do
      Ensure a controlled scaling of our operations in terms of number of services performed and increasing the touchpoints used to perform these services
      Ensure business compliance in terms of vehicle registrations, delivery documentation, etc.
      Establishing business operations in potential upcoming markets.
      Establish a good working relationship with our supplier’s team in your market.
      Identify/approve new locations to operate.
      Handle deviations in operations. Both in terms of immediate correction, as well as development of Standard Operating Procedures to avoid repeating the same issue.
      Quantitative control of your market – Volumes, costs and KPIs.
    What you should have
      Several years of experience as a leader from a national/regional organization within an automotive market company or equivalent
      A great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
      You have an entrepreneurial approach and dare to take decisions.
      You have experience managing logistical operations (preferably outbound), and ideally with hands-on experience as a base.
      Ideally you have a documented experience of setting up part of a logistical operation.
      You have experience from managing and maintaining a customer/supplier relationship with all the KPIs, SLA adherence and development discussions involved in such a relationship.
      You can communicate your strategies, findings and results concisely in order to get the support you need, but also to share knowledge across 7 markets.
