    Making healthy and sustainable eating easy and enjoyable: that is what we stand for. Verdify is a Dutch startup that develops AI-powered technology for recipe personalisation. The software is designed to make a seamless match between consumer nutrition profiles and online recipes for tasty meals. Currently the software runs on Swapmeals.com – the first platform for fully personalised recipes. Our engine can also drive personalisation on other recipe sites which translates into endless potential for reach and impact. The nutrition profiles can be easily created by consumers on the Verdify website and activated on Swapmeals.com for meal planning and purchasing. Now available in the UK and The Netherlands. Soon in many more countries.

    The position

    Verdify is organised into four teams: Management, Nutrition, Software and Marketing. In this position, you work with the Management Team to manage internal growth, set up and streamline company processes and make sure all teams are fully empowered. You are the driving power for organising recruitment and onboarding. Administration is primarily handled by you, as well as agenda management. You are encouraged to set up and manage internal systems and processes. You guard our company principles and policies.

    This probably describes you:

    • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position
    • You enjoy taking care of others and everyone praises you for your planning and organisation skills
    • Basic understanding of financial administration and human resource management
    • Comfortable to work with digital systems
    • Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and oral
    • You can demonstrate that you have interest in food & health
    • Ability and willingness to work regularly in our Deventer office
