COREcruitment is looking for an Operations General Manager for a trendy hotel in the City of Amsterdam.

About the Venue and Company:

• High-volume operations
• Over 200 rooms
• Leisure focused
• Trendy, new, contemporary concept

About the position

• Responsible for operational tasks in the Hotel (recruitment, budget planning, reporting etc)
• Ensure and safe environment for not only guests but also colleagues
• Build and lead a team of high-performing customer service champions!
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Be a General Manager that leads from the floor, not the office!

The successful General Manager:

• Excellent understanding of financials and be able to analyse P&L
• People persons: mentoring, coaching, and developing a team to provide a continued success
• Min 3 years’ experience managing a similar size hotel/hostel
• Bachelor or masters in Hotel Management or similar
