Responsibilities

• Maintain operation data in the logistic system to ensure the accuracy and in timely manner.

• Make operation reports and share with the operation departments.

• Draft forecasts of the upcoming cargos and forward the information internally through daily meetings.

• Keep contact with customers regarding the status of the cargos and organize internal meetings to upgrade the procedure if necessary.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the operation procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, have the passion to work in logistic field;

• Familiar with data analyze tools (Stata, Matlab, ect.) is a plus.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbally and in written.

• Highly organized, be able to handle multiple tasks by prioritizing missions.

• A good team player and open minded for challenges.
