Our Team is in the search of a Marketing Manager!
What you will do:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing the marketing strategy, campaigns, and reports of all brands. You will be creating and coordinating marketing actions with the Team closely working with Affiliate Manager, Designer, Copywriter, Dev Team.
You will be working closely with all members of the Team to develop and implement new marketing strategies or optimize the existing campaigns and bonuses. You will be responsible for:
Market Analysis (market studies that include analysis on operators, competitors, and industry insights)
Creating marketing concepts and executing effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity to generate ROI and increase customer lifetime value
Content Management (defining content strategy in collaboration with the Content and SEO Team)
Manage the Visuals (banners, landing pages, mailers), game positioning and overall promotions visibility
Constant evaluation of campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team with recommendations for improvement where needed.
What we would like you to have:
You should be experienced with the demanding Marketing for online gambling and up-to-date technology which support its execution; with proven record in management of campaigns; deep sportsbook and casino bonus knowledge; excellent time management; strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting.
2+ years of experience in Marketing Management in the Gambling industry
Experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Experience in identifying target audiences; ability to create digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate and lead to conversion. ·
Have a thorough understanding of Sportsbook, Casino games, offers and player base
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience with different tools – email marketing, SMS marketing, tracking tools.
Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
Able to take accountability and pride in quality of work
Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
Fluency in English
Experience in the Gambling Industry is a big plus

Second Language is a plus
Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and Arabic language is a big advantage
