In this dynamic, international and challenging position, you are accountable for the set-up of a Test and Release Management Strategy and the associated team to implement that.
Non-exhaustive list of your future tasks:
Take over responsibility for IT Test and Release management for OneHouse (concept, implementation, coordination, control)
Analyze the planned landscape and all involved applications including their release and testing approach
Define a Release Management concept for the OneHouse solution and align that with all relevant stakeholders (Business Partners, System Owners, Suppliers, Topic Owner and Markets) to ensure the initial development and constant enhancement of the planned solution
Coordinate release times and content over all applications
Release planning, communication and documentation
Manage several development and staging environments
Define and align a Test Management concept for OneHouse solution to ensure quality and stability
Ensure, plan and coordinate all testing activities together with the team
Use innovative approaches and state of the art technologies to implement test automation
Define a concept for zero downtime deployments
Document all processes and implement continuous improvement
Define, align and implement a defect management process
Define roles and responsibilities and ensure continual optimization thereof
Build a team to implement and steer the OneHouse Release and Test Management
Disciplinary responsibility for the team members, being the first contact person for the them, ensure efficient setup with right skills on board, keep team members motivated and support personal development
Key contact person for higher management regarding questions around test and release management
Ensure adherence to IT concepts based on ITM standards.

Completed degree in (business) informatics, or comparable IT-related education
5+ years of software development or DevOps experience
Experience in leading a multicultural team in a financial services or an automotive environment
Relevant professional experience as an IT manager, plus experience in agile software development projects (SAFe / SCRUM)
Well-founded expertise in one of the following areas: Test Management, Release Management, IT Development, IT Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, Infrastructure & Project Management methodologies.
Experienced working in an international multi-stakeholder environment
You worked in agile teams and know that speed matters
You can motivate teams to take big challenges
You are capable of coordinating complex tasks
You are capable of efficient communication which is tailored to the audience – from staff to board level
