    Onboarding Coordinator Payments- Amsterdam/Gent

    We are seeking a full-time energetic and passionate Onboarding Coordinator to join our successful team based in Amsterdam and Ghent. The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative tasks to support the sales and onboarding team in getting customers setup with Lightspeed Payments. Once a customer signs up and exits the sales process, they go through the Lightspeed Payments application process and Merchant Processing data collection. That is where you come in!

    What you'll be doing:

    • Proactive outreach to customers by phone and by email, with the goal of providing assistance to customers to successfully complete the Lightspeed Payments application process.
    • Keep track of the progress your customers are making in the application process in Salesforce
    • Closely collaborate with sales colleagues and leaders to provide high level KPIs such as average time from Sales Complete to Application Complete, number of applications processed per week and real time insights into customer progress throughout the application process
    • Cross Departmental collaboration to address customer concerns, resolve issues and improve the application process
    • Closely collaborate with the rest of the onboarding team to secure the best customer onboarding experience possible

    What you need to bring:

    Working as an OBC at Lightspeed means working with a strong, close-knit team based all over Europe! Our work has a direct impact on the customer journey and we pride ourselves on ensuring that all customers are treated with the highest level of professionalism and view us as a partner; their success as a business is our success as a company!

    • Experience managing customer expectations using phone-based as well as email communications
    • Experience with merchant processing applications and coordinating, or sales / support related experience
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch(written and verbal)
    • An understanding of the sales process, including the imperative to move customers quickly in order to avoid customer churn
    • Passion for people and technology

    Even better if you have, but not necessary
