    Office Manager - Amsterdam

    We are searching for an Office Manager to support our team who are based in our Amsterdam Office. Reporting to the Country Director, this role is responsible for overseeing general office administration and ensures the office is running efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting time to join Subway as we continue to open new locations and refresh existing sites!

    About you:
    You’ll enjoy being a central point of contact for our employees or visitors and assist with a variety of tasks. As someone who is adaptable to change and able to multi-task, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time. You will also be strongly aligned to our values of being bold, empowered, accountable and fun!

    A breakdown of your responsibilities include:
    • General office administration including sourcing service providers, identify and implement resources, tools and processes for the office.
    • Oversee the office budget and research equipment required for purchase, maintain inventory oversee equipment and facility maintenance and obtain approval as required.
    • Handle necessary banking and employee expenses.
    • Ensure our relevant insurances are in place and accurate, and we are compliant with relevant legislation.
    • Assist with the onboarding of employees by arranging their welcome pack and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide administrative support to the Leadership team as required.
    • Be a point of contact for our team in the US to reach out to regarding the Office.
