    Office Manager

    High-growth startup looking for an Office Manager to help build the future of B2B Commerce.

    What we are looking for:

    Orderchamp is seeking an Office Manager for 16-20h per week to join our ambitious team in Amsterdam. You will be at the forefront of our success by organizing and improving all our office operations and be to go-to person for all office and administration related tasks. This is the ideal role for you if you are a highly organized and an independent leader. Where to put all your knowledge best if not at a company that you will literally shape and see change as you work.

    In this role you will support all of the team by making sure that our office is the best place to work at. How cool is it that you will do this at an old bar that has been literally transformed into an office. You will handle tons of projects for example (but definitely not limited to): Support our team events that are both in-house and offsite; coordinate travel activities for our team by planning the travel accommodations, booking flights etc., oversee our office seating plan and adjust where needed; set-up, coordinate (and enjoy) our lunch and so much more!


    • Available for 10-20 hours per week;
    • Great time management & organisational skills;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Interest in eCommerce/retail/wholesale is a plus;
    • Fluent in English (Dutch is an asset).

    You will:

    • Organise and improve our office operations;
    • Set-up and coordinate lunch;
    • Oversee our office seating plan and adjust where needed;
    • Plan travel accommodations, book flights and coordinate other travel activities for our Orderchamp team;
    • Support our team with events, both in-house and offsite;
    • Handle other ad hoc duties as defined by the Management.
