    Office Manager

    We are looking for a new Office Manager. In this varied position you take care of our beautiful office in Hoofddorp, in order for our employees to be able to work comfortably. In addition, the management team and your colleagues can rely on you: you take work off their hands and you are up to date on everything.

    In this position you are responsible for the ins and outs of the office. Your job is varied and dynamic. Among other things, you are responsible for:

    • Facility management: managing workstations, meeting rooms and all related facilities, in-house emergency response team and contacts with suppliers for cleaning, lunch, transportation and archives;
    • Acting as the first (telephone) point of contact/ host;
    • Managing administrative activities (e.g. maintaining various e-mail boxes, archiving, processing mail)
    • Carrying out marketing work: supporting the organization of trade fairs/events, putting together communication material, taking care of news items on the website and website management in cooperation with our sales department;
    • Customer service support: ensuring correct communication towards the customer/patient, both by telephone and e-mail/ ticketing system;
    • Following up on change requests and bugs reported by customers; assisting in testing new software releases.

    Your background

    • At least completed MBO education (Schoevers), HBO preferred.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Office Management / Management Assistant / Personal Assistant in a professional, service-oriented environment (e.g. consultancy, bank, law firm);
    • Service-minded, proactive and solution-oriented, able to switch quickly between tasks;
    • Organizational, hands-on and a 'can do' mentality;
    • Reliable and accurate;
    • You have outstanding organizational and communication skills.
    • You have a sound knowledge of and fluency in Dutch and English.
    • You are computer efficient especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook etc.
