    Office Manager

    For this role we are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, ambitious and hands-on Office Manager who likes taking responsibly to handle a variety of tasks. If you are young graduate with little to no experience, no problem, we will train you on the job!

    Responsibilities:

    • Overall administrative office/team support
    • Organizing meetings and overall agenda management
    • Processing and archiving in- and outgoing post and mails
    • Overall facility management and upkeep of our office in Amsterdam (including ordering office materials and groceries, taking care of interior, etc.)
    • Acting as a host / hostess and contact person for colleagues and external partners and suppliers (IT, cleaning, real estate etc.)
    • HR administrative tasks (sick leave, holidays, etc.)
    • Supporting the onboarding and screening process of our employees
    • Supporting the planning of recruitment activities and social events
    • Administrative support to the legal and compliance department for filing and archiving of contracts and preparing reports
