Office Coordinator – Based on Reception
40,000euros plus benefits
A growing finance firm with more of a tech flare is looking to hire an Office Coordinator who will be based on reception but most certainly much more involved than your traditional role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role with so much to take on and get involved with from facilities, events, team assistant type duties as well as office management. Really varied, fast-paced and an excellent position for someone looking for something which is literally different every day! Typical duties include:
Meeting and greeting guests
Managing the facilities with the Senior Coordinator
Processing expenses on concur
Assisting with internal events – initially via zoom, to then transition to office-based
Assisting with the onboarding of new hires – such as coordinating for equipment to be sent to home addresses, or desk planning to fit in the new hires to teams
Booking international travel for the office when this is permittable
Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have one-two years’ experience in ideally an office role, be proactive, upbeat and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
