    Office Assistant

    We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office assistant to our Office in Haarlem and Amsterdam. The Office assistant will report to the Office & Project/Event Manager and help out with diverse tasks such as setting up laptops with new hires and being the right hand in the office and at both internal and external events. Please note, that this is not a full time position, but we are looking for someone who can work 3 days a week for 24-28 hours, with the flexibility to work more during busy periods if needed. For this role it is expected that you will work from our Offices in Amsterdam and Haarlem at least 2 days a week. Good to know is that business travels in and outside the Netherlands might occur.

    On a day to day basis you will:


    • Sorting and sending mail/packages;

    • Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items;

    • Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks;

    • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated;

    • Collecting and maintaining company properties, e.g. laptops, headphones, screens etc.;

    • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars;

    • Welcoming visitors to the office;

    • Ordering Office supplies, groceries etc. for both Budapest, Haarlem, Amsterdam and upcoming Offices;

    • Resolving office-related issues and respond to requests or issues;

    • Assisting with internal and external Events;

    • Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.


    • Proven experience as office assistant or similar is preferred;

    • Working knowledge of office equipment;

    • Thorough understanding of office management procedures;

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

    • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving;

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

    • Proficiency in G-Suite;
