What is your role?
As the newest colleague of our Office team, you fulfil an essential role. In this role, you work mainly from our office in Amsterdam and help with the following responsibilities.
On a daily basis you:
Take care of lunch and related matters
Order office supplies and all other matters relevant to the office
Ensure that the meeting rooms and the pantry look neat;
As a host/hostess, you are the one who arranges birthday gifts for your colleagues and takes care of other thoughtful details at important events
Help colleagues organize meetings.
Are responsible for incoming mail/mail and that the right actions are taken on this
At events, you are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly and there is a lot of room for sharing your ideas!
Support with facility matters/building matters
Help book (foreign) trips and events/trips for colleagues when needed
Together with your colleagues from the office team, you take on the task of prevention officer and you are a member of the emergency response team
Our recruiters and our colleagues from the Academy can also use your support! For example, planning training courses or job interviews.
What does your future team look like?
Our Office team currently consists of Leslie and Chantal, with whom you will work closely. Together with them, you are responsible for all incoming requests in the joint office mailbox. You work closely together and support each other where necessary.

You are ready for your colleagues on location and for customers who come by. You are confident in yourself and also dare to ask your colleagues for help, when necessary. In addition, you are a star in switching between different activities. You can also organize and plan your work well and have a great sense of responsibility.

What else do we find important?
You have a completed MBO education
You have gained some experience in a supporting role
You speak and write excellent English and Dutch is a plus (but definitely not a must!)
You are available 28-32 hours a week (days can be determined in consultation)
You preferably live in the Amsterdam area or you are willing to travel to our office in Amsterdam
