    Office Administrator - Amsterdam

    Intralox is looking for a highly self-motivated and passionate team player with great attention to detail to take on the role of our Office Administrator at our Amsterdam location. In this role, you will take ownership and manage the front office experience, help orient and settle new and visiting staff, support the facilities management team, and provide the necessary support for business/company-related events. You will work closely with your Office Administrator colleague in the Wehl office. To succeed you need to be able to manage your time well and work proactively to resolve queries and issues.

    What Will You Do?

    • Greet, assist, and direct candidates/new hires/visitors to the appropriate staff member including issuing of ID and access badges
    • Receive, direct and relay telephone, email, and other queries
    • Receive and direct incoming/outgoing mail
    • Be the main point of contact for company suppliers, such as cleaning staff, food delivery services, couriers, maintenance people, etc.
    • Assist Event Manager with researching, planning, and execution of onsite and offsite customer/employee events or promotions
    • Conduct daily meeting room and office checks as required by Facility Manager and manage requests related to Facilities helpdesk and liaise with service providers
    • Keep accurate and updated records of seating plans in the office
    • Provide travel coordination support and profile setups for staff and visitors as needed
    • Provide light accounting support by forwarding invoices to the accounting department, cross-checking office and event expenses, and reconciling company credit card transactions
    • Assist Fleet Manager with coordination of lease car-related administration
    • Coordinate specific projects such as employee gifts and/or events
    • Assist on Health and Safety as well as first aid organization as required.
    • Check and order office supplies (office equipment, food, drinks, lunch, etc.)

    Who Are You?

    • High school diploma
    • Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
    • Working knowledge of Windows-based software
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in Dutch and English. Additional languages are advantageous.
    • Must be punctual and dependable
    • Stable work history
    • Team-player with a positive attitude
    • Able to work 4/5 days per week
