Our requirements will be that the resource is from the Netherlands, who will be required to login to secure server to perform all their work, using the specific tool that is supplied by the client.

No downloading of files will be permitted, and the rate pay is based on the output from the transcriber, not a fixed hourly rate. We will pay per minute of transcription.
