As our Junior Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting IG&H to become the best digital transformation firm in 3 years’ time.

What you’ll do as our Junior Multimedia Designer
You will become part of our marketing team that consists of the content marketer, senior multimedia designer, online marketer and the digital marketing manager. You will be translating our marketing strategy into engaging visuals and video. In doing so, you will support the senior designer. Not to worry – this also means you will receive guidance, especially because we are a compact team with short communication lines.
This role fulfils the demand for creative design across multiple channels. It requires a true multimedia person who is eager to work with and willing to learn about all the aspects of different media. You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of design for marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with the marketing team to engage our prospects and generate leads.
Your tasks at a glance:
– Produce creative design work on marketing campaigns.
– Online: Web landing pages, banners and visuals for social media, mainly LinkedIn
– Traditional media: White papers, reports, brochures, flyers and other traditional media, though currently mainly in an online format
– Presentation: Sales pitches and proposals
– Video: Videos and animations
– You’ll have a sharp eye for detail and an aptitude for creating crisp designs to help maintain and evolve our brand and visual design guidelines.
What you bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design
An allrounder who is truly multimedia minded
Highly experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
Basic experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, combined with a natural affinity for video and animation
Knowledge of Powerpoint is a plus
Knowledge of Wix is a big plus
