In this challenging role you will be responsible for providing Executional Guidance and Support for Global and Local teams on all aspects related to optimal deployment, impact and measurement of Key Owned (Healthcare Professional Websites, Central Email, Webinars) and Paid Channels (Paid Social, Search, Healthcare Professional Media) within a Multi-Channel context.

About the Job
You will be identifying key development needs for local (and global) teams. You will also be delivering impactful and competitive MCE Plans and Campaigns which will be key to achieving strategic goals & objectives. Outside of rep-driven Channels - our Key Owned Channels and Paid Channels offer the most impactful way of achieving optimal reach and conversion against our Healthcare Professional targets.
You will deploy and optimize of playbooks and guidelines for optimal execution, impact and measurement of all key priority Owned and Paid Channels.
You will be responsible for the full annual plan of support and guidance to global and local teams for key owned and paid channels deployment and measurement. You will also co-build and evolve the Global MCE support offering & roadmap (incl. methodologies, guidelines, tools, systems, dashboards).
5-8 years of experience in hands-on Multi Channel Engagement
Experience in running campaigns on paid and owned media-channels such a Facebook ad manager, Google AdWords, Linkedin manager etc.
Always looking to industry / customer trends to identify opportunities to optimize paid Multi Channel Engagement approach and performance.
Applying test & learn principles with Local and Global teams to ensure we continuously meet evolving customer needs and expectations.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Ability to connect and influence at all levels, across functions & countries
Fluent in English
