    Merchandising Manager Energy Accounts - to start 1st of April 2022

    Our EMEA brand support center in Hoofddorp is looking for an Merchandising Manager Energy Accounts, to start 1st of April 2022.

    The Merchandising Manager Energy owns the assortment planning and account responsibility in the distribution of Energy, Sport lifestyle and Fashion Boutique. Following and driving the regional merchandising vision for Crocs EMEA.

    The Merchandising Manager Energy is responsible for creating a merchandising Assortment supportive of the Crocs vision by bringing together brand, product, consumer and marketplaces, as well as drive the Specials & Collab launches and execution for EMEA marketplace.

    The Manager Merchandising owns the Energy accounts portfolio from a merchandising point of view. And supports the Merchandising team in our top 20 Strategic account business

    What will you do?

    Merchandising Plan

    • Build the seasonal merchandising plan that aligns with the EU Merch financial plan (Revenue, Target and Margin)
    • Create long-term key category plans and look for opportunities to further expand key product ranges, (create Energy)
    • Build segmentation plan across Tier 0/Energy platforms and distribution while focused on consumer affinity & marketplace dynamics.
    • Own and drive the Balance of SMU development outside the G20 accounts.

    GTM (Go-To-Market)

    • Drive Regional GTM Plan and launch calendar for Region under guidance from Global Energy team and EMEA Merch Director
    • Collaborate with EU and Global Marketing leads on Go-To-Market process and execute on Collab Launch activities, end-to-end , from seasonal kick off through product Introduction and performance

    Category Management

    • Achieve Category goals by delivering accurate forecasts, partnering with Emea planning & Accounts and reacting to trends, Brands , Partners and consumers

    Analysis & Market Trends and Pricing

    • Drive hindsight analysis on product Impact and Launch performance
    • Stay on top of market trends, competition and support pre-season price planning
    • Stay on top of consumer trends and identify opportunities in the Tier 0/ Energy and Fashion space

    Who are you?

    Minimum Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion or Merchandising and or a related field

    Minimum Experience:

    • 6+ years in merchandising, GTM planning and or Energy/tier 0 Buying
    • Strong analytical acumen
    • Experience in connecting product trends and consumer needs into business opportunities

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Self-starter who works well in fast-paced and high-performance environment
    • Leading and driving Product category on Global or regional level.
    • Strong understanding of EMEA footwear market place
    • Strong organizational, teamwork and influencing skills
    • Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (English) - French speaking would be a big plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
