Member Supervisory Board

You are going to be part of Supervisory Boardof Ampleon Cooperatief UA
The profile, size and composition of the Supervisory Board should reflect the profile and the activities of Ampleon Coöperatief U.A. and its subsidiary Netherlands B.V. ('Company'), as well as the fact that the Company is part of an international group of companies. The Supervisory Board will have an international and adequate composition, and an adequate level of experience in financial, economic, technological, social and legal aspects of the Company's business.

Requirements

• Experience in the semiconductor-related High-Tech industry
• Experience at supervisory board level, preferably in an international business environment, including East Asia
• Experience in and knowledge of Dutch Employment relations (Dutch: 'Arbeidsverhoudingen'), including employment law and employee participation
• Strategic decision maker
• Internationally oriented, including a good working knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of the relevant markets
• Knowledge of relevant Dutch and European law
• Acting in the best interest of the Company
• High integrity, not subject to conflicts of interest
• Appropriate time commitment and scheduling flexibility, to allow proper preparation and attendance of meetings, including works
