What You Will Accomplish Here…
Your main focus will be on the following:
Review "Estimated Math Completion Dates (EMCDs)
Escalate EMCDs that are at risk to Management (Math Manager, Supervisor, Team Leads) and team members
Escalate EMCDs that are unachievable based on work volumes to Management
Overseeing and updating the "Global Math" and "Test Harness" dashboards
Maintaining the "Math Queue" – ensure that a "Math Manager" is added within 48 hours of a submitted math request
Work with the Management to create and assign "Tasks" on both "Planner" & "Protrack"
Ensure correct math templates/tasks have been added to maintain accuracy pending math hours
Workload Supervisor – work with Management to monitor each team member's workload
Continuously assign math "tech "reviews" based on priority
Timecards – create and monitor daily productivity reports. The reports should highlight issues such as overbilling, missed timecards etc
"On Hold" math work – ensure an EMCD is added and that the date is realistic
Jira tracker tickets - ensure tickets are managed by team members and that internal/external updates are added accordingly
Experience, Education, Skills and Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline or experience may also be evaluated and considered in lieu of educational requirement
Must have knowledge of Probability, Statistics, and Combinatorics
Must have an understanding of core programming concepts such as C++, and techniques
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and external contacts
Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines is required
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation
