    Marketing/Events Manager

    WHO WE ARE:

    VIP Response is a dynamic online marketing organization that has undergone rapid development since its establishment in April 2013, we specialize in performance marketing, data solutions and ecommerce. We have recently undergone a huge rebranding and VIP has established a bolder, fresher brand identity, look & feel, and company structure. We are ready to amp it up to the next notch and take the online advertising world by storm.     As our marketing/events manager you are tasked with constantly improving and maintaining our online presence and managing various ongoing and new projects. You help shape the vision of VIP Response and bring it to life both virtually and physically and reflect our brand identity in all things social and digital.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Marketing:

    • Identify, develop, and manage marketing initiatives and plans
    • Plan, develop and execute marketing, business and social media strategy to grow and promote brand
    • Capture, create and plan content for content calendar, develop written content, and curate images and text in line with brand standards
    • Lead social and digital plans to grow the brand using organic and paid efforts, i.e. creating and posting organic content + setting up ad campaigns and measuring the success
    • Assist with additional marketing efforts as needed, i.e. weekly IG stories, team photography, 2x a week blogs/articles, video content, making banners, posters, etc
    • Project manage and monitor current freelancers and interns for content, SEO, and design specific tasks
    • Manage marketing budget
    • Coordinate biweekly newsletter with our partners and curate content specifically for this
    • Act as webmaster/main contact for website on Wordpress, making updates and uploading blog content, updating as needed etc
    • Other duties as needed

    Branding:

    • Ensure all marketing follows our brand identity at all times and maintains company style, font, colours, voice
    • Ensure all merchandise for company such as clothing, pens, bottles etc are ordered, stocked, and branded accordingly and follow up with vendors previously used to make orders accordingly
    • Help with any additional branding to be done going forward, i.e. lead new design projects, help with design, proofs, and have final say on these aspects

    Events:

    • Assist with VIP company related events, including “start of the month” team meetings & parties. Help with themes, ordering necessary items/decor, set up, preparations, etc
    • Help coordinate and lead conference preparation, setting up and design of VIP’s booth, etc
    • Support Office Manager with printing, gifting, and other needs as they arise, sourcing, execution and design

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years experience within Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field
    • Proactive, creative, and very self-starter mentality-- ability to work independently with light direction
    • Strong attention to detail with a 'hands on' mentality
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; flexibility in changing conditions
    • Experience in creating and managing activity across a number of social media channels.
    • Proficient using Wordpress.
    • Skilled creative writer
    • Strong verbal and written communications
    • Writes and speaks fluent English
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong planning and prioritising skills
    • Familiar with video editing, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Valid work permit in The Netherlands and ability to work from our office in Utrecht daily

    Strong bonuses:

    • Any experience or interest in the field of performance marketing/online advertising
    • HTML experience
    • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, i.e photoshop, InDesign

    PS: this is a non-remote position & no VISA sponsorship will be given.
