    ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
    In Consumer Beauty, we are currently in process to drive turnaround and value creation on our most Iconic brands under the leadership of our incoming CEO Sue Y. Nabi. This transformation effort includes re-centering our innovation & communication program on strong consumer centricity, leveraging emergent needs and trends to drive Brand value creation and fixing what is limiting growth.     THE ROLE
    We are looking for a talented, Marketing Graduate to help drive our ambitions plans for 2022 and beyond. The Graduate will join the Consumer Beauty Division for Coty to work within Bourjois innovation marketing team. In this learning opportunity you will be part of the Brand Team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

    You will be assisting 2 Brand Managers in the development and execution of brand Innovation plans to deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy. Having an unparallel insight into innovation process behind a global brand. You will be accountable for driving brand love & brand health metrics by developing winning communication strategy & innovation initiatives. Leading projects with independence to achieve the team goals, with the possibility to evolve the scope to include your particular area of interest within the Marketing role.

    THE ROLE
    As of September 2022, we are looking for a talented, Marketing Graduate on product innovation to help drive our ambitions plans for 2022 and beyond. The Graduate will join the Consumer Beauty Division for Coty to work on Bourjois brand. In this learning opportunity you will be part of the Global Brand Team and reports to 2 Global Brand Managers on a 12-month fixed term basis.
    As the Cosmetics graduate, you will be assisting 2 Brand Managers in the development and execution of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy. In your role you will be accountable for driving brand love & brand health metrics by developing winning & disruptive initiatives. You will be leading projects with independence to achieve yours and the team’s goals, with the possibility to evolve the scope to include your particular area of interest within the Marketing role.

    Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:
    Market opportunities: Help drive growth strategy which includes partition coverage, brand prioritization, pricing indexes, packaging formats, strategic profitability targets, channel mix requirements.
    Support mid to long-term business development agenda in conjunction with other markets and strategic partners to secure priority and focus for the brands as well as execution in line with the set priorities.
    Support design, development, and validation of scalable initiatives to drive the license brands portfolio value pipeline.
    Help delivering innovation needs across key brands and develop trackers to monitor and track progress
    Monitor and evaluate, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities, follow up sell out analysis
    Briefing creative agencies on brand needs while ensuring effective feedbackand timely delivery of assets
    Support budget management and tracking.

    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
    Recently graduated and maximum 1 year of work experience
    Passion and curiosity for Cosmetics
    Previous relevant experience ideally in product developement or project management
    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
    Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
    Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player.
    High level of numeracy, marketing sense, PC skills, maturity and communication skills.
    Able to demonstrate a creative flair
