What are you going to do?
As our Marketing & PR Manager you are responsible for expanding and maintaining the brand awareness and brand presence of Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. You maintain close contact with the Brand Manager and PR & Communications Manager at the head office and you are responsible for the planning, implementation and control of marketing activities. Furthermore, you develop marketing and communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and increase sales in the F&B outlets and Spa. In addition, you realize marketing collaborations and coordinate press requests.
Your main responsibilities will be;
Develop, implement and quality control of the strategic communication and public relations planAct as a point of contact for Dutch and international media and proactively build and maintain media and influencer relationships
Coordinate media and influencer stays through storytelling
Develop and publish press releases, including the creation of appropriate press distribution lists in coordination with the relevant specialized departments and headquarters
Organize press visits / events within the hotel and outlets
Monthly PR reporting
Responsible for the Social Media channels of the hotel and three F&B outlets
Managing the outlet websites on a substantive level through a CMS
Writing and editing texts for paid, owned and earned media
Photography and video content creation;
Designing and monitoring the corporate identity in visual expressions online and offline
Who are you?
You have a degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management with a focus on Marketing. You are known within the luxury segment of the Amsterdam hotel industry and preferably have at least 3-4 years of experience in the same role, preferably in a comparable hotel. You are able to work independently and have good strategic and analytical skills. You work in a goal-oriented way, you think outside the box and you have strong communication skills. You also know what is going on in the market and you have up-to-date knowledge of (online) marketing. Of course you are fluent in both the Dutch and English language.
