We are looking for a Marketing Manager Universal Enclosures BeNe in Hoofddorp with a personal drive to contribute to the overall Schneider Electric growth plan. You will report to the Sales Manager Universal Enclosures BeNe Nordics.
Mission of the role
As a Marketing Manager Universal Enclosures BeNe your role is to manage its offer’s portfolio and offers’ introduction within the territory of responsibility within Belgium and Netherlands. Accountable of the growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Understand and shares Offer and Channel Strategy with the central Marketing to adapt and execute it locally:
Manage and develop his/her offer portfolio.
Manage or supports the launch of new offers over time, to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs, guaranteeing achievement of goals.
Implement the Marketing Mix : Product, Place, Price and Communication adapted to the offer.
Guarantees profitability of the offer (price, mix, etc.)
Is responsible of the pricing positioning and consolidated margin (CCO) optimization for the whole offer sold in the entity.
Master the Offer knowledge and the Offer environment:
Is in charge of market measurement, evolution analysis and relevant action planes.
Monitor the competition and analyzes competitors offer positioning at entity level (strategy, marketing mix, …).
Annalise of the channel evolution and go to market competitive environment.
Usually participates in country standardization committees.
Support Sales Offer strategy execution:
Provide the elements required to support the offer and builds the relevant action plans.
Contributes to define and implement all necessary action plans to boost the offers (especially applicative offers and prescription).
Ensure that all relevant resources are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the entity and have the right tools/methodologies.
Organize the Sales and customers’ trainings.
Help Businesses generate leads.
Collect and give to the Business Unit all Business information:
Contribute to the specifications of new offers and offer adaptations with Businesses.
Take part in Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP²) process :
Contribute to the Sales Forecast. Build strong link to the market actions .
All these functions will have a strong interaction with other departments organisations

Required qualifications and skills:
Relevant degree in engineering or business with at least 5 years of experience is required.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, time management and organizational skills.
Complementary Marketing studies are desired.
Pro-active, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
Knowledge on Enclosures and thermal business is desired.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Operational Marketing.
Experience in Offer Management, Communication and Events are valuated.
Outstanding collaboration, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is highly desired. Other languages are a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
