    Marketing Manager

    Rentman is hiring a Marketing Manager, head of the Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving the international growth of Rentman’s range of products and services. You’ll develop and execute strategies to drive demand for our established products and establish new products across different markets. Together with sales, you will set objectives for Rentman’s growth and define tactics to achieve these goals.

    Last year we branched individual products out of our ERP solution and changed from an “all-in-one solution for rental companies” to a positioning per product. Your main objective will be to find the best positioning for these products and establish a marketing strategy per product together with the marketing team.

    You will join a marketing team of 5 international specialists, located in the Utrecht office. We look for people that are result-driven, innovative, and great team players. We aim to work smart, creative, and with great collaboration to build a platform that our customers love.

    What you will do*

    • Own the global growth strategy in order to increase acquisition.
    • In close collaboration with sales, translate strategies into tactics that lead to maximal market awareness and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain a suite of metrics/KPIs and dashboards to analyze results and improve ROI throughout the entire funnel.
    • Maintain a strong bond with the sales and product teams to understand different market trends and adapt strategies per product.
    • Research new market opportunities for Rentman’s range of products
    • Shape the positioning and messaging of Rentman’s products
    • Manage brand identity and overall brand experience
    • Manage the marketing budget
    • Coach, support and grow a team of great inbound and product marketers

    What you bring*

    • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS/software solutions
    • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and software development
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken proficiency
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • You are a results-driven, analytical and forward-thinking
    • Bonus points if you have proven knowledge of or a background in the AV / Event service industry
