You will support in the development and execution of well-rounded Trade Marketing plans and programs for all Travel Retail partners (Duty Free, Cruises & Ferries and Hotels & Airlines).
Your main task is to support the Travel Retail marketing team with data management, analyses, process optimizations, tools and deliverables to ensure Rituals is best in class for its implementation across different markets and partners.
The Marketing Coordinator Travel Retail contributes to the growth of our Travel Retail business by supporting Program Management and Trade marketing projects and tactics. (S)he ensures effectiveness and consistency of Trade Marketing tools with the ultimate goal of reaching the traveler on each leg of their journey, across all Rituals points of sales. (S)he will have a supporting role in key Trade marketing projects such as master data management (STEP), assortment analysis and selection (in-out), shelf planograms and visual merchandising and concept development, (regional) trade marketing toolbox and execution of global trade marketing plans. (S)he will work on the production of deliverables (artwork of promotional materials, campaign images, assets for partnerships and events). (S)he keeps track of Travel Retail Trade Marketing planning, implementations and evaluation, as well as coordination with the Travel Retail team and internal departments.

Fluency in spoken and written English – preferably an international background
Persuasive, results-oriented, energetic and structured self starter
Great team player, eager to learn and improve own and team’s performance
Well organized and accurate, has an eye for detail
Strong project management skills and experience in implementing cross-functional projects
Preferably knowledge of (online) marketing
At least a Bachelor degree in an appropriate subject (Marketing or Communication)
2-3 years of relevant experience (working in (Travel) Retail / Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
