For our Consumer Products Division (CPD), we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator!
The Consumer Products Division is composed of the categories Skincare, Haircare, Coloration & Styling and Make-up, each of which is managed by a Brand Business Leader. For the Skincare team we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with retail affection. For this role, you need to have a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for all operational processes within the skincare portfolio and are mainly the right hand of the retail brand managers. You will report to the Business Leader Skincare.
Purpose of the role
As a marketing coordinator, you are the backbone of the team. You ensure that the processes run smoothly and everything is delivered on time. You have a supporting role to mainly retail brand managers and with that everything that happens at the retailers in store.
In summary you will:
Support Retail marketing activities (create artwork of all in store elements, leaflets, gift sets, elaborate external and internal activations...)
Coordinate the POS process with RBM, subcontracting, sales and retailers
Coordinate and support external and internal events, and shipments.
Update customer care for assortment changes
Specific ad-hoc requests from retailers and the team
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
To successfully execute this role you will be working with:
Retail Brand Managers, who translate the brand plans into retailer plans.
Product Brand Managers, who translate the brand plans into media plans and the ideal product portfolio.
(E-)Account managers, for requests directly from the retailers.
The Business Leader, to whom you will report.
What qualities and education do you need for this position:
Approximately 3 years of experience in marketing support or operations
You are able to quickly and effectively interact with internal and external contacts/stakeholders.
You are available full time (40 hours). (must-have)
Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
You have a passion for Marketing and an affinity with makeup
You work well with excel & powerpoint and can quickly learn operational tools.
You can handle the pressure and dynamics of an ambitious FMCG environment.
You have persuasive skills and are result oriented.
You are open to new challenges and have perseverance.
You are creative and can think out of the box.
You are a team player, but can also manage processes independently
