Create plans that maximize Retailers' digital capabilities and drive my clients eRetail strategy by collaborate with our Retail Partners, Sales, Marketing and Brand teams
Coordinate and implement marketing plans to optimize the development of the channels by gathering market information and work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsible for understanding channel partners market, their overall sales and marketing goals andobjectives, as well as key strengths and challenges, etc.
Maximize my clients Share of Voice online with Retail Partners through Retailer promotional campaigns and Marchon's specific activations
Recommend pro-actively adjustments to the plans when the analysis of the execution shows required corrective actions
Execute best in class eMerchandising practices to achieve KPIs (from asset request through to measurement of KPIs)
Build partnerships with retailers and potentially media agencies/partners to understand new e-Commerce functionalities, identifying test and learn opportunities
Coordinate required marketing materials for clients, trade shows, events, sales meetings and support the sales team in presenting the product collections.
Manage artwork requests from inception through completion.
Execute and maintain the brand's overall image through marketing initiatives and support materials including point of sale.
Share best practice across Sales and marketing teams, acting as a digital advocate and subject matter expert across the business
Develop PowerPoint presentations for sales teams, customers, and internal use as needed
Gather and document reporting and analysis requirements in support of business partner requests and/or project needs, i.e. promotional campaigns.
Evaluate process/procedures, recommend, implement and manage solutions to improve effectiveness of online and Travel Retail marketing activities across geographies.
Recommend and manage or participate in the development of Sales and Marketing tools based on trends and patterns of inquiries
Stay informed of departmental/divisional plans and tactics
Provide general administrative support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related field)
3 years prior experience in digital marketing required
Fluent in English
Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Knowledge of eyewear industry or experience in fashion accessory field is preferred
Strong project management skills and experience managing large projects
Travel domestic and international may be required
