The purpose of the role is to provide focus on the execution of all customer acquisition related matters and generate marketing qualified leads that the sales team are able to act upon.
As a Marketing Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
Working with all key stakeholders you will support the Marketing team in producing customer acquisition and retention messaging and collateral whilst supporting the execution plan for all online and offline campaign activity.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute the Marketing plan against key business objectives across acquisition and retention. Strive to achieve the best possible return on marketing investment, and drive for continuous improvement.
Undertaking a range of hands-on tasks to help deliver and implement campaigns included within the marketing plan.
Tasks include (but are not limited to):
Content creation – Create blogs or articles around the key messages agreed within the plan
Email build – Assemble the various elements required for email send considering copy and signature banner images
Case Study production – Liaise with customers on the production of written or video case studies
Event coordination – Ensure all logistics have been considered and attendees are briefed for own and third party events
Online campaign management – Follow guidance to ensure pages are optimised and execute PPC campaigns to increase traffic
Media Ads – Ensure all supporting elements are in place for successful execution
PR – Complete templates and reach out to contacts for coverage

Strong organisational and communication skills with a team orientated philosophy
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, vendors and customers
Highly motivated, proactive individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to build positive working relationships - To build strong rapport by utilising interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs to increase repeat business
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
