    The Job

    The Marketing Coordinator will be focused on providing support to our marketing team, working with creative and non-creative partners (internal and external)to ensure that all workflows and process are completed on time and that all necessary information and materials are delivered as required.

    The Daily

    • Manages the production process of required creatives.

    • Prepares and executes materials for the local marketing campaign (TV, radio, OOH, print, social media, display, online video and out-of-the-box stunts).

    • Briefs our creative agencies and manages third party / media promotions with partners, including visualising creative concepts for brainstorm and big idea presentations, and coordinating events (premieres, talent tours, Comic Cons etc.)

    • Proposes creative selection from international pool.

    • Initiates creation of artwork when necessary.

    • Monitors and follows up on international guidelines and follows up on international reporting requirements.

    • Shares plans, creatives, activities, and evaluations with colleagues.

    • Handles administrative requirements regarding financial commitments (PO’s).

    • Keeps track of relevant developments in marketing, media and the entertainment industry.

    The Essentials

    • Higher vocational education (HBO).

    • Proven work experience in a similar role.

    • Possess solid organisational, effective time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

    • Must be able to work independently, think creative and strategically and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Strong eye for producing visual assets.

    • Used to a fast-paced dynamic workplace.

    • Fluent in Dutch & English, both verbal and in writing.

    • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office/Adobe Photoshop etc.
