Some of the main responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Programs, such as regional marketing plans – handling, approvals and clear reporting.
• Handle the external and internal order/invoice procedure
• Support in the activities in CRM, regarding data management and email marketing
• Maintain all social media channels that Vivitek Marketing team is working with
• Ownership of the logistics of all marketing goods
• Support customer with general marketing inquiries
• Presence at events, supporting logistics, coordination of hotels etc.

• Bachelor or MBO education diploma in Marketing or any relevant field
• 2-5 years of wokring related exprience in Marketing.
• Advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. MS Dynamics skills are a bonus
• Excellent command of English is required. Any additional European language is a plus.
• Web content management experience is needed
• Able to work under pressure (stress resistant) in a fast moving environment.
• Have a friendly, helpful personality.
