Segment Marketing Manager, Active Nutrition (Biotis™ Brand)
Within FrieslandCampina Ingredients we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Manager in Active Nutrition to join our Global Marketing team. This is a new role, as part of the focused approach of FrieslandCampina to nutrition throughout adulthood, with focus on our new B2B brand, Biotis™.
What we ask
To be successful in this position, you are/have:
- Academic/master level, preferably in Business Economics, Communication, Marketing, Food Technology, Nutrition or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in Marketing and/or Product Management
- 5-7 years work experience (relevant for the Segment e.g. in early life, food, supplements)
- Experience in marketing, branding, communications, digital and general business strategy.
- Result oriented, creative with excellent problem solving, analytical
- Pro-active, action driven and execute with speed
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, written and oral communications skills
- Able to work in matrix and network organisation with multi-disciplinary approach

In this position, you are responsible for:
- Supporting the development and execution of the Biotis™ Strategy and health benefit platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team on value propositions for the Active Nutrition segment and Biotis™ brand
- Accelerate the growth of the segment by building a compelling marketing story and materials for customers
- Prepare, develop and tailor customer presentations
- Contribution to and execution of the global marketing strategy, content Marketing and Marketing Communications roadmaps
- Manage and contribute to projects (innovation, NPD & marketing), and support the other segment marketeers
- Participate in and contribute to team and project meetings including general business strategy, products/services offered and target customers
- Market opportunity sizing and trend tracking in partnership with market intelligence
- Keeping up to date with competitor activities and developing counterstrategies
You will report to the Global Marketing Director Performance, Active & Medical Nutrition and functionally to the Biotis™ Marketing Lead, with daily work coordinated and executed in close collaboration with the members of the Biotis™ marketing team. You also engage closely with the sales, development, science, regulatory marketing communications, and regional sales offices.
