Management of a growing Governance / Compliance company;
Animation of the management team of iBabs, which includes for now three people spearheading Sales, Operations and Product / Technology ;
Hiring of talents to populate rapidly-growing teams at iBabs, in particular on Sales as the company wants to continue to expand internationally ;
Progression of all integration-related streams into Euronext (Finance, HR, Legal etc.) and Euronext Corporate Services (Marketing, Technology etc.) ;
Handling of back-office tasks and processes to manage the legal entity and their employees correctly. Part of it is dealt with together with external advisors (e.g. accounting) or central functions at Euronext (e.g. HR) ;
Permanently rejuvenating the vision for iBabs as an increasingly dominant player in the Governance / Compliance industries in Europe. This includes (i) competition monitoring, (ii) ideation of new products and services and (iii) challenging existing business model and offering ;
Active participation in the management of the Euronext Corporate Services business. This is a leadership role in the wider Euronext environment than iBabs only, with regular exposure to the top management of the group.
