Our client, a Global SaaS ERP provider has retained us to locate a business leader for Europe. The role will be to lead all business operations for the region, responsibilities including but not limited too:

• Overall responsibility for the success of the region
• PnL management and ownership
• Goal setting to meet strategic business objectives
• M&A – Negotiation and post-acquisition
• Improve customer deliver timescales
• Effective business leadership across all departments – Sales, Professional Services, Finance, Product, Operations

To be considered you must have demonstrable experience of:

• Leading a business or business unit (circa 200-300HC)
• Working in a global organisation
• Ownership of PnL
• Knowledge of the SaaS marketplace
• Influential leader – winning hearts and minds and developing culture
• M&A experience – negotiation, due diligence, integration
• Experience developing and executing operational plans to achieve wider business strategy
• THIS ROLE WILL BE LOCATED IN MAINLAND EUROPE (Netherlands/Germany/Belgium)
