    Manager Sales, Sweet & Beverage Flavors Europe - remote

    We need a Manager Sales to build a profitable sales territory and grow the sales and gross margin of flavors, sauces, inclusions and an array of complementary technologies to food manufacturers operating in the sweet and beverage sector while managing and developing a team of 3 to 4 SAMs. This position will be home based ideally in the UK, Belgium or the Netherlands .

    ​​ We offer you a comprehensive eight weeks on-boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization. This, together with your background in Food Science, Chemistry, or related discipline, or your strong technical sales experience, will be critical to make an impact in the business.

    After that, you will lead, coach, and support a high performing team of Sales Account Managers, and monitor performance against objectives and established deliverables.

    You will focus on delivering new sales opportunities with existing accounts, as well as developing new customers for our flavors group across the European countries as necessary. To continuously help you to be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams. Your fluency in English and any other European languages would allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the organization.

    With your extensive sales experience in a B2B sales environment (food & beverage flavors/colors, specialty chemicals, or other value-added ingredients), your excellent customer service orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
