    Management Assistant Surgical Vision

    For the commercial department of Surgical Vision Benelux we are looking for a Management Assistant (70%) to support our colleagues.

    Main Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Performing numerous diversified administrative, secretarial and coordination tasks to support the Surgical Vision Benelux team
    • Prepare, send, and file pricing offers and customer agreements, upload in database.
    • Handle invoices and other payments (create Purchase Orders and vendors, gather approvals etc.);
    • Contribute to optimize Sales Operational processes
    • Update customer contacts and -addresses in SAP / Salesforce;
    • Handling of product complaints according to guidelines (administration, send out products for investigation);
    • Support of customer activities, like commercial events, (international) meetings.

    • Preferably experience in a device company or pharmaceutical company;
    • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Proactive, multitasking, extremely organized and structured, result driven;
    • Responsible & reliable and ability to listen & set priorities;
    • Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office applications and preferable e-Marketplace (Purchase Orders) and Sharepoint;
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, (verbal and written)
