    • Salary: € 3300,- - € 3700,- , depending on experience
    • 32-40 hours per week
    • First a one-year contract, followed by an indefinite contract.

    Our client is looking for a pro-active person with strong organisational and administrative skills, someone that wants to make a difference for people, helping them realise healthy and comfortable lives.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Provide proactive secretarial/administrative support to 3 Management Team (MT) members, using existing administrative systems, and taking procedures into account;
    • Arrange/coordinate appointments, conferences, meetings, and internal events;
    • Arrange business travel, hotel reservations and air tickets, in line with the travel policy;
    • Prepare expense reports.
    • Screen and process/direct e-mail, mail, and incoming calls of designated MT members independently;
    • Prepare meeting minutes;
    • Assist in projects and upon demand of designated MT members, manage and follow up on projects independently;

    To succeed in the role, you will need:

    • A higher vocational/professional education (bachelor’s degree);
    • 3+ years relevant and recent experience within a fast-paced international organisation;
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
    • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
    • A pro-active attitude, highly accuracy, ability to work under stress and set priorities;
    • Great organizational and administrative skills;
    • Strong cultural awareness.
