    Tommy Hilfiger Europe Marketing Department needs an experienced Management Assistant to support a team of VP Executives during a maternity leave of the current MA. We are looking for an involved, self-motivated team-player with a can-do attitude.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Extensive calendar management at VP level
    • Travel and accommodation arrangement
    • Setting up internal and external meetings, F2F and videoconferencing
    • Expense reports submitting and follow up
    • Reception and processing of invoices in direct contact with suppliers
    • Obtain approvals where needed
    • Small events/workshop planning
    • Editing of presentations
    • Ownership and updating of Global Marketing Organisation Chart
    • Ad hoc requests

    The ideal candidate will be

    • Discreet and professional
    • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Office + Keynote)
    • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
