Through your involvement and knowledge of the Credit and the Rabobank organization, you can anticipate actions to be taken and provide proactive support.
Maintaining the agenda of the Tribe Lead Credit Core & dealing with HR related matters
Managing IT and conference support; distinguishing main and side issues through setting the right priorities within the hectic banking environment; switching smoothly between your different tasks and roles
Maintaining and updating RaboHub (SharePoint), thereby bringing together information streams and providing the appropriate follow-ups.

You and your talent
Of course you are proactive, result-driven and have excellent organizational skills. In addition to these core competencies, you have strong interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator both verbally and written. It's exactly these characteristics that make you a good management assistant, particularly in combination with:
HBO level of working and thinking;
a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;
an excellent mastery of both English and Dutch;
a perfect track-record in handling highly sensitive information;
the ability to manage your own workload, working to deadlines and balancing different priorities;
extensive experience and knowledge of MS Office.
This is what we offer you
A gross monthly salary between € 2.400 and € 3.400 (scale 6);
a thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay;
an extra budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary, to be used at your discretion. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout;
a personal development budget of € 1.400 that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career;
a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3.5%.
