    As Secretary you play an integral role in our business by keeping operations running smoothly and by servicing and supporting our commercial colleagues.

    Making a difference:
    As a Management Assistant for F&A Sector Banking, you will support our commercial team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be- but are not limited to:
    - Calendar management, including setting up meetings and booking travel arrangements;
    - Provide general support to the team members, including on- and off boarding of employees and follow-up on IT issues/requests;
    - Maintain administration, including approving invoices, report on pitch evaluations and archiving;
    - Support in organizing team activities;
    - Flexibility: occasional call/e-mail outside of office hours.

    Customer focus, a practical attitude, a team-player mind-set and strong interpersonal skills are clearly essential for the role of Management Assistant for F&A Sector Banking. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
    - MBO Degree (Secretary/ Schoevers);
    - At least 2 years demonstrable experience in a similar (preferably secretarial) position;
    - Ability to solve practical problems, work independently and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    - Thorough knowledge of organizational/ departmental/ support procedures and regulations;
    - Good control in both Dutch and English, due to international character of the department;
    - Solid PC skills (particularly Outlook, Teams, SAP, Workday and MS Forms);
    - A creative and problem solving attitude, ability to perform under pressure and against deadlines.

    Important
    - You must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment;
    - Due to COVID-19, this client is following the guidelines of the government and RIVM including remote working (at home);
