    Management Assistant

    We are looking for the ultimate management assistant to support our Chief Operations and Commercial Officer (COCO). We’ve just restructured our Commercial and Operational domain and welcomed our new Chief Operations and Commercial Office – Marion – to the team. Now it’s time to move forward with the teams to help TSH grow and stay on top of our game.

    This is not just an admin & coordinating job. You will be the person who knows which topics - and stakeholders – are essential for running the (commercial & operational) business. This means you know how to prioritize all requests, meetings and events in order to get the best out of the valuable time of Marion (COCO). Understanding the business is essential to this position.

    What You'll Do

    • Complex agenda management for the COCO: responsible for planning and organizing everything that has to do with agenda’s, appointments and business trips + travel coordination and agenda support;
    • Coordination of the weekly and monthly MT Meeting, including getting the preparations of the MT members, the doc stream and action-list follow-up;
    • First point of contact for (future) external relationships, prioritizing and filing all incoming communication (direct mail, phone, email);
    • Acting as a link pin at our Headquarters between the COCO departments, management and other stakeholders;
    • Chase, follow-up, administer and store (sensitive) documents, contracts and files
    • Keeping the contact databases and progress reports up-to-date and help remind the team to do the same;
    • Aligning with the other Management Assistants on company wide agenda requests and business trips;
    • Problem solve anything that comes your way with a can-do attitude;
    • Take care of the team spirit: you are the guardian of keeping a fun factor in our goal-orientated environment.

    Who You Are

    • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar management / departmental support role or other relevant positions.
    • A proven track record as a professional assistant.
    • Excellent command of English, knowledge of Dutch preferable;
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook for Businesses (especially in the agenda
    • department);
    • Ability to work on own initiative, strong organisational and administrative skills;
    • Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • A great assistant and natural talent for supporting;
    • Excellent people skills, work well with others, hospitality-first mentality;
    • Capacity to multi-task and handle pressure.
