Salary: €3000 gross p.m. // €14.00 net per hour

What are you going to do?
A plastic operator (or injection molding operator) is responsible for machines that manufacture plastic products under high pressure. As an injection molding operator you are the pivot in the team. You ensure that the production process runs as smooth as possible. You are keen on potentials faults, and intervene if necessary. You and your team are an indispensable link in the production process.
What are the operator's duties?
Checking machines and robots;
Determining possible defects and remedying malfunctions;
Measurement of final products and randomized quality controls;
The supply and removal of raw materials, semi-finished products and/or finished products;
Preparing mold changes and performing material/color changes
During team transfer: discussing work with fellow operators
How are you going to achieve this?
As an injection molding operator you are very popular. Plastic is all around you. Companies specializing in plastics are constantly looking for good personnel. However, due to a lack of skills and experience, many potential employees are turned away. We are changing that.
After an interview with Tyrflex Recruitment, you immediately start a two-week course. In this period you will be prepared for a job as injection molding operator. In the course, you will learn everything about the production process of plastics, the possible defects of the machines, how to perform quality checks and many other things you need to know to become a good injection molding operator. After completion, you can immediately start working at one of our partners.
We naturally take in consideration the distance between your place of residence- and workplace. This way we can limit your travel time, and give you the best experience at your new job.
What are the working hours?
Operators work in 3-shift shifts.
- Morning shift: 0600 – 1400 hours
- Afternoon shift: 1400 – 2200 hours
- Night shift: 2200 – 0600 hours
Because you work in shifts, you will of course receive a hefty surcharge (more on that later)!
What do we ask of you?
You have an affinity with technology;
You are willing to work in shifts;
You master the English and/or Dutch language;
you have your own transport (car / motorcycle/ moped);
You live in the Netherlands, or in the German- or Belgian border region;
You have a hands-on mentality;
You are a team player, driven, reliable, solution-oriented and immune to stress;
It's a plus if you have experience as an operator (regardless of the sector), but it's not a must!

What is your salary?
An operator earns €2587 gross, excluding surcharge. The shift work surcharge is 16%. This means that you will receive a salary of €3000 per month, based on a 40 hour work week. In addition, there are allowances if you work on Sundays, and allowances that you receive if you work on public holidays. There are also allowances for overtime. In short, the surcharges in numbers:
Shift work allowance: 16%
Shift work Sunday surcharge: 82.8%
Shift work public holiday surcharge 182.8%
Hours preceding- or following a normal work day, with a maximum of up to 2 hours: 24.1%
Hours in addition to the hours as described above: 41.2%
Hours on Saturday until 1400 hours: 46.6%
Hours on Saturday after 1400 hours: 63.8%
Hours on Sundays and public holidays: 82.8%
Furthermore, you can claim your traveled kilometers commuting at 0.19 cents per kilometer.
