    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    As M&A Integration & Disentanglement Program Analyst for Philips’ Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestment team, you will be responsible for the Program Management Office and support all phases of the Integration and Disentanglement process. You will support the Businesses- and M&A Program Managers in executing multidisciplinary plans related to Integration and Disentanglements.

    You are responsible for

    • Being an integral part of the M&A team throughout the projects by running the Program Management Office (PMO);

    • Supporting the Integration and Disentanglement Program Managers in all phases of an acquisition or divestment lifecycle including hands-on project related work;

    • Preparing Daily Management Dashboard, project updates, action review and follow-up;

    • Planning, coordinating, preparing Steerco meetings, work stream review meetings, integration management office meetings (live and via Teams) ensuring follow-up;

    • Supporting Day 1 preparation and celebration;

    • Acting as point of contact/information both internally & externally, meeting deadlines, protecting confidentiality, keeping files up to date;

    • Driving the Continuous Improvement process for the PMI&D team;

    • Supporting the management of project related (Virtual) Data Rooms;

    • Owning the PMO document repository and ensuring timely updating of Teams, SharePoints, intranet pages, Midaxo funnel management tool as well as owning the playbook deployment process;

    • Application owner of Midaxo, being the gatekeeper of user licenses, owning the change log and ensuring proper user training to new users as required;

    • Planning (inter)national meetings & travel; organizing/coordinating SMAP events/trainings/meetings.

    You are a part of

    The SMAP team (Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Partnerships) structured around 3 hubs located in Amsterdam, Boston and Shanghai. The M&A team has global responsibility for all Philips M&A and Divestment activities and consists of top-level M&A specialists with wide ranging backgrounds, nationalities and competencies. This position is based in Amsterdam.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Master degree in a relevant field;

    • More than 2 years’ work experience in project management; experience within a larger organization is a pre;

    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;

    • Drive and pro-activeness;

    • Act as the glue in the team;

    • Good sense of urgency, prioritization and humor;

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office;

    • Sincere interest in new and different businesses;

    • Strong professional drive and willingness to learn;

    • Ability to work in ambiguity and under tight timelines;

    • High level of integrity;

    • Well-developed communication and collaboration skills (team player).
