About the Role
Are you ready to make a difference? As a Customer Activation Manager, you will sit right at the heart of business supporting & working as business partners with our sales teams to ensure they have all the insight, growth drivers & tools they need to deliver brilliant execution of Diageo’s commercial plan to shift consumer & shopper behavior to achieve Diageo’s financial and market share ambition.
In this role. you will work directly with our Head of Luxury. You will have direct responsibility for all activation within your customer & brand alignment and you will work with commercial and marketing teams across Northern Europe. With a commercial and analytical approach you will deliver best in class activations!
Building a rolling activation plan for our key brands & customer
Project managing the implementation of all the key platforms & activations
Partnering with Key Account Management in developing the business & achieving our growth ambition
Developing & implementing the visibility toolkits
Ensuring customer commitment/nominations are secured within agreed lead times.
Measuring & evaluation activities to ensure we are constantly improving our plans
Min. of 3 years experience as Sales or Marketing Executive equivalent
Excellent Project Management skills with an
Strong communicator interested in building relationships and work collaboratively within a team
Problem solver & solution-based teammate who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quickly
Analytical approach, insights-driven and strategic thinking
Fluent English, knowledge of other languages, like Dutch or German a plus
