Job Responsbilities

Preparation, planning and coordination of international freight shipments

Booking of shipments, customs clearance, and dispatch according to order instructions. Process shipments in a timely and accurate manner

Independent forwarding processing and follow-up of orders, elaboration of individual logistics solutions to meet the customer requirements

Inquiry and relationship maintenance with suppliers and service providers

Support headquarters with other work-related matters

根据客户需求进行国际货运的准备、规划和协调

根据订单指令操作订舱，清关，派送等工作, 确保货物及时到达

给客户提供物流解决方案及建议，维护客户关系

联系货代等供应商获取报价，及供应商关系维护

协助总部处理其他工作相关事宜

Job Requirements

Analytical thinking, meticulous work, strong execution, and good communication skills

Team player mentality, conscientious work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility

High level of independence and organizational skills

Fluent in Dutch, English, Chinese and in reading and writing

Proficient in office software

Logistics related work experience is preferred

Logistics and supply chain related majors are preferred
